Collectively, we got her a new bundt pan, some slippers, some gardening gloves and a magnolia.
Except the magnolia is grow-it-yourself and hence rife with pitfalls.
ie. Step 4. Do not over water. Do not underwater.
Me: wah?
We have a poor track record with house plants in our family. But you never know, this could be our year. Team effort!
She cried which is a good thing, I think. We had salmon for supper and mushroom risotto, it was so yummy... and I made chocolate cake again! Hooray for the ol' standby!
